At the outset of the 2020 pandemic, the shift to remote work was a novelty for many. My agency, seeking to uplift spirits in this new environment, tasked me with creating illustrations to share work-from-home tips on Instagram.
Given the abundance of similar content already online, I sought to distinguish our posts with a creative twist. Instead of depicting people, I chose to draw pets in various work-from-home scenarios. This approach aimed to bring a smile and a sense of warmth to our followers, leveraging the universal appeal of pets to make our content stand out amidst the sea of advice on remote working. The pets, portrayed in humorous and relatable situations, added a lighthearted touch that resonated with our audience, offering them a unique take on the work-from-home experience.
